Marika
Marika obtained her BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Stellenbosch in 2007. She gained valuable experience by working in Paarl in 2008 at a rehabilitation centre for musculoskeletal - and neurological injuries. She then worked in a hospital based practice at Panorama Medi Clinic from 2009 until 2014 which included practice and hospital work within a multi-disciplinary team.
Marika has been an integral part of our team for over six years and has developed a special interest in the rehabilitation of the post surgical shoulder. Her love to help people motivates her and she enjoys working with any musculo-skeletal, neurological and or respiratory problem to improve a person’s quality of life. Being a mother herself she also loves working with children. Marika is a general sports lover and enjoys running. She also played hockey at school and university.
