Physiotherapist

Lizaan graduated with a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy at Stellenbosch University in 2018. 

Lizaan is a tennis lover and also enjoys running and playing ultimate frisbee. She has gained experience working at various sporting events and also worked as the team physiotherapist for Evergreens Rugby club, as well as previously working with the u/20 Springbok rugby team during their assessment camp.  Lizaan's caring nature and attention to detail shines in the treatment and management of her patients.

She is passionate about sport physiotherapy and has a keen interest in spinal conditions. Lizaan is also a qualified APPI Pilates instructor.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. Physiotherapy (with honours)

Post-graduate courses completed:

  • APPI Pilates Level 1
  • Dry needling 1
  • Dynamic taping
  • Communication skills by Train Pain Academy
  • Basic Professional Wheelchair and Service Delivery course
