Elsmarie (aka Elsie) graduated with a B.Sc. Physiotherapy from Stellenbosch University in 2012.  In 2016 she completed her SPT (Post graduate diploma in Sport Physiotherapy). Since her graduation she has been working in a private practice environment focusing on orthopaedics and sport rehabilitation.

Elsie has extensive experience working with international athletes and has worked on the ATP Tennis Tour, at the Major League Baseball Qualifiers in Germany and in Morocco and Mauritius on the Sunshine Tour (PGA tour of South Africa). Being able to rub shoulders with internationally qualified physios at these events have given her a cutting edge advantage treating and managing international athletes.

Elsie is a keen sportswoman herself having completed many half iron man's and loves getting her patients back to a healthy and active lifestyle.  She is always prepared to walk the extra mile with her patients and she particularly loves working with school kids.

She spends her free time hiking, running, swimming and cycling.
