Our holistic approach to wellness extends to the corporate world where we offer both on-site services and the management of wellness programmes. We are accredited to perform Discovery, Vitality, Virgin Life Care, Bankmed and Momentum fitness tests. In addition to on-site physiotherapy, personal training and biokinetic services, we offer health screening (HIV, cholesterol & glucose), ergonomic and dietary advice.
Since inception in 2005, we have strived to provide excellent services to the greater Durbanville area where our founding member, Karen Frye, was born and raised. Our vision is to create a centre of excellence where people feel welcome and relaxed while their injuries and conditions are treated by capable people who care.
